I feel she is doing this for Vansh...they would not have shown this clear interaction between vyom ridhima then, and also not shown vansh getting suspicious..he knows she is his Ridhima..he knows she is upto something..but also that its not against him and if she is doing this then there is a reason and he wants to know what happened in those 6 hours that has made tidhima do this...
