Who is not the next Ishani in the family? Everyone knows one thing in the family - torture Ridhima and try to kill her bus.

And Vansh - you save his life, then yes, that person comes back to be part of the family.

How come he can be like that?

If this Ridhima is fake - I really wish she makes sure to reply to each one of the person in the family starting with Dadi. It's time for their payback also.
