Situation 1

Mini and Ani are married with Bondi being just a responsibility and she sees him as mentor and Manorama comes in

What the will Ani do

In situation 1: Ani will have an inclination towards manorama because her ideals match his. He may have been married to Mini, but he would have found out by now that she is pretty shallow and materialistic. Aniruddh would still continue being her husband as she would have become his zimmedari then as a wife, but his heart and mind would stop respecting her. And when manorama would have entered the picture, he would be inclined towards her.

In situation 2: Aniruddh would consider both Mini (his wife) and Bondu (his mentee) as his responsibilities and would have fulfilled all his duties towards both of them. In this case also, he would be naturally inclined towards manorama because Aniruddh likes her for her thoughts and respects her for her ideals that match his own. He even liked it a lot when she gave him the first task without ever questioning his motives or his values.

In both situations, Manorama would have impressed him, but he would remain loyal to his wife anyway.

Even in Mini's case, he would have never shirked from his responsibility as her husband.
