Does it not look that Adi understands his feelings for Imli...he says he did not want to hurt or betray anyone - but he still did. So it means that he has accepted he is betraying Mun right? How can Imli believe he means her?

In her mind he has not even accepted her...so when he talks of betrayal - it is only for Mun right? Confusing!

His lines like cannot go without talking to mun, did not wnt to decieve anyone...joining the dots it can be concluded he was referring to lying to mun n family about going to PD!

The adilie scenes always take the cake and are extremely well written. Something is up with the writing for the malini and family scenes. Malini sounds irrational and whiny. The tripathis seem overly detached from the son, so much that they cannot read into why he is so distracted and disturbed. Clean up these scenes and the episodes will be impactful, more than they are now. Tone down chudail chaturvedi as well. Anger scenes can always be done in an understated manner, instead of ankhen phaadna.

@bold - I think getting that close to death made him remember the person he considers his wife. And that is Malini. I do not think he understands his changed feelings yet. What he probably meant was that he was responsible for leaving everything open ended by lying and not telling the truth to his Mun. He is not one for intentional deception and his trip to PD was only that.

Yes. That’s what I think too. I think he will respect Imlie and her beliefs - hence the acceptance that she is his wife during the pooja. He will bring Imlie to Delhi using her higher studies as a reason but he will def not behave the same with Malini. The next phase in the story will be imlie pushing him more towards Malini but Adi not able to resist the urge to get closer to Imilie. Let’s see what happens 😄

I believe ab kuch bhi ho Imlie will focus on Malini n Adi thing onlu...Going to be a hard time for Adi...Like the way he mentioned mun in what could have been his akhiri samey is definitely going to leave an imprint on Imlie's mind which in infact reflected in the precap itself !

@bold - so true. The problem is they are feeding Malini’s tamasha by entertaining the premise that their son is as useless as she thinks he is. My reason for finding their reaction bizarre was only that Malini wakes them up screaming he’s not ok, kuch hi din pehle he was beaten, not answering his calls and the editor says he is not any place on official work. Some amount of concern might have been good. They will revert to some logic as soon as Malini is not around like BK did the other day.

I second you on this..It won't be easy for him to be with Malini in Imlie's presence...there will be hesitations...& for the Pooja part he cannot see her sad n lose ab though yeh khud nahi jaanta kyun but uski khushi k liye he will... owing to the fact k abhi he is swept away by her mere presence bhi!

True - maybe its Malini's whiny nature that is making them appear that way.

It's also when Malini went under the bridge Aparna was inconsolable and even upset with Adi for not reacting per expectations. When Adi was missing - everyone was bandying around Malini - as a mother her own worry was not clearly shown. Again this is only Malini's premonition - not reality - so it can be surmised that - based on experience there is nothing to worry.

k got it. I had the wrong end of the stick - it's his Pagdandia coming deception not the shadi deception!
