Veer's promises even not echoed nothing to worry. He never keeps his promises. they don't echo as they know we never believe his promises . He promised to Rani to be with her in this case in his monologue. Didn't echo didn't keep. He promised to keep her happy . Didn't echo didn't keep. Ramdeer's thing it's going to be the we both guessed.

Rewatched.

Veer was happy when Rani came and it's that he is not showing. That's his nature. So ok with that. Now let's see INR tomorrow.🤣
