I dont think she got to know any other way than hearing Faruq and Vashma talk, know that a baby is only detected after 3 weeks or just presume that Vashma obvio wont let Faruq touch her..

Rajrani ko nehi pata.... Rajrani is selfish regarding her own family, pata chalega ki it's her Khandaan ka khoon tho chup nehi rehegi. In fact Radha bhi chup nehi rehti that's why ONLY Amrit knows. However I feel eventually Amrit is going to reveal this to Uday.
