It is shown that even Vanraj knows she is not raped, she was attacked and the creep tried to molest her. In fact it is shown that it was brave of her that she saved herself.

No I'm pretty sure she said she passed out whilst trying to fight him off... and then she woke up in this state (implying she did get raped)...

Ya she did pass out, but she would still know on regaining consciousness if she was raped. Even Anupamaa said that Thank God nothing bad happened with Kavya. It is pretty much established and everyone at the house believes and knows that she is not raped.
