Yeah man those were the day. First year was toughest I remember I lost 5 kg weight and didn't eat say from morning 8 to evening 4 or sometimes when tea came in. Literally forgot to eat. Apna kaam on top of handling patients and Senior's work. I sometimes wonder how did I manage 🤣 life Literally teaches you everything especially if you want to get somewhere. Clichéd as it may sound no pain no gain.
Wow kudos to you!
This is so true, I learned this last year as well. I literally had to work round the clock w no break time during quarantine/summer (im not in the medical industry). It was so tough bc it was a new role, upper management ki expectations, working w all experienced people, client ki expectations, managing team members, actually working as well, making sure cross team works with me and keeping them in the loop. Then on top people complaining and gossiping. yikes. the most toughest of experiences teach you so much about yourself as a person and also helps to advance you to the next stage in your career. I hope that hard work pays off for her as well.
Challenges teach you and help you progress. In the meantime, we have to find ways to cope w those challenges. No pain no gain fo sho!
