Canapoem referred to your story and just caught up. Love your style of writing and like to see how Kriti will realize who true friends are and what will Nishit be..he must be misunderstood or must be changing. Tejas definitely thinks about himself and although he has been kinder than other with Kriti, he has taken her for granted.

This incident should be an eye opener for Kirti to distance herself more and more from Tejas. That guy could not even take her to the hospital or drive her home!

Mithila turned out to be better than most of her classmates.

I don't know what happened in the past between Kirti, Tejas and Nishit but looks like the picture Kirti has in her mind might be not right.

The talk between Kirti and Nishit was thought provoking and true.

A person who has a bicycle would want a bike, a man who has a bike would want a basic car, one with car would want a luxury car and the list goes on and on. Similarly one on the streets would at least want a room to live in and similarly.

Interesting tidbits was Kirti best buddy Tejas in all these years has never been to her house. 🤔 Nishit though was keen to see the insides of her house.

Tejas has not been to Kirti's place, now that was a revelation. You would think he would be coming and going after all the friendship lectures.
