I dont think police investigation mein koi bhi can give address to civilians. Shaurya wasnt wrong when he said he cant take a civilian. yeah it was really out of place. it was just used as a means to make shaurya shut up. im surprised shaurya didnt say anything bc he doesnt seem like a person who just stands quietly to these type of threats.
