The door bell rang of the house while Siya was in her room, arranging the clothes in her wardrobe. She looks confused and checks the time at the wall clock.
SIYA- who's there at this time.?
She questioned herself thinking about Ram and Lakshman who must be busy in factory at this time of the day. Her thoughts break when again the door bell rang, this time with more power. She gets startled hearing the loud sound and makes her way towards the main door. She keeps her hand on the door knob but didn't dared to open it.
SIYA- who's there..?
Siya asked a bit loudly so that she could hear someone from the other end. She waited for some moments but no one answered her from outside. She tried to look at the person from the peep hole but found no one standing in front of the door. She gets confused when she again heard the sound, this time someone knocking the door, loudly. She gulped in fear and again tried to ask.
SIYA- ko...kon hai..?
No one answered her again from the other end. She gained strength and lightly twirls the door knob, opening a bit of door to check for the visitor. She looks at the front but found no one. She sighed in relief and was about to close the door but someone stopped her from closing it, keeping his hand on the door. Siya looks at the person and gets shocked looking at Jayant.
JAYANT- hey...
Said Jayant in an evil smile while Siya fumbles looking at him in front. At the other moment she started pushing the door, closing it but he tried equally to make it open. With a jerk he pushed the door and Siya moves backwards.
JAYANT- enough of hide and seek now..
Said Jayant with an angry look while Siya gulped in fear looking at him entering the house.
JAYANT- ab tak chup chap aap se bat karne ki koshish kar raha tha.. but now you are testing my patience...
Said Jayant taking a slow steps towards her while she started taking back steps automatically. The walk continued with Jayant moving towards Siya and Siya moving away from him. Finally she hits the wall and gets surprised having no way to escape more. This brings the smirk at Jayant's face and he moves towards her.
SIYA- n..no... St..stay away...
Siya started stammering while Jayant takes his hand towards her. She closed her eyes tightly and heard Jayant's evil laugh.
SIYA- Ram......
Siya shouted loudly getting up from her sleep. Ram, who was standing at the window turns to face her.
RAM- siya..?
At a blink he runs towards her and sits beside her.
RAM- what happened..? Are you fine.?
Siya holds Ram's hands. She was breathing heavily due to the bad-est dream which she had dreamt just now. He could see the sweat of fear on her face and her hands trembling.
RAM- koi bura sapna dekha ?
Asked Ram in a low voice making Siya to look at him. She looks at her surrounding and found herself sleeping on the bed in their room. It was dark around which indicates that it has already been night.
RAM- give me a moment, I will switch the lights on..
Said Ram taking his hands away from her while she stopped him holding his hand more tightly. He looks at her in confusion and she shook her head denying him to go anywhere.
SIYA- stay near me.. please...
Siya whispered requesting him while Ram feels bad about her. He moves more closer to her, wrapping his one hand around her shoulder and still holding the other one.
RAM- calm down.. you are safe.. you are with me...
Said Ram with a calm voice while Siya wipes her face with her other hand, taking a long sigh. Ram gave her some time to get relax while Siya closed her eyes, gulping her fears.
RAM- I'll get you water..?
Asked Ram while Siya shook her head denying. She motioned her eyes to look at him.
RAM- sab theek hai..
Said Ram with a light smile on his face while Siya didn't said anything. He pulls her lightly towards him while she kept her head near his chest.
RAM- relax...
He kissed her forehead lightly and started caressing her head while she keeps her hand on his injury unknowingly.
RAM- ssss...
Ram cried in pain as her hand touches his wound. Siya immediately opens her eyes and looks at his shirt which was half unbuttoned.
SIYA- kya hua..?
Asked Siya in a worry while Ram lightly shook his head denying. She unbuttoned his one more button to have a look at his chest. Her eyes grew wide looking at the knife mark surrounded with little blood.
SIYA- ram..?
Siya looks at him in worry while he kept on staring at her.
SIYA- ye... Kaise..? How did it happened.?
Asked Siya getting tensed while Ram lightly smile at her. He touches her face and answered.
RAM- it is nothing in front of your safety..
Siya gets confused as the words didn't get into her mind. She wanted to ask him further but then decided to first clean his wound. She immediately gets up from the bed and moves towards the wardrobe to take first aid kit.
RAM- siya..?
Siya didn't said anything and takes the box near him. She sits in front of him and took the cotton ball and detol liquid from the kit.
SIYA- thodasa dukhega..
Said Siya not meeting her eyes with him while he kept on staring her. He was wondered about her sudden change of expressions. Just a moment back she was frightened about her dreams and now she is worried about his wound. She started touching the cotton on his wound while he closed his eyes in pain.
RAM- aahh..
Siya stops hearing his words. She bends near his chest and blows air at his wound, continuing her work. Ram opens his eyes and watches her near him. After her work is done, she takes a bandage from the kit and put it on the wound.
SIYA- may I ask you.. what you've done.?
Siya questioned putting the bandage while Ram looks at the other side, understanding what she is asking about. Siya observed his ignorance.
SIYA- Ram...
He looks at her who was waiting for his answer.
RAM- I had a fight with that hooligan..
Siya looks surprised when he told her about his fight with Jayant.
SIYA- what..? And... This happened at that... Time.?
Asked Siya pointing at his injury while he lightly nods in agreement.
SIYA- Ram.. what was the need to fight..? Aapko kuch.. hojata to..?
RAM- aur aapko kuch hojata to..?
Ram interrupts her cutting her sentence in between. Siya could see the fear in his eyes. Fear of what would happen to Siya.
RAM- what would have happened if... Aapko...
Ram didn't dared to complete his sentence and his eyes started getting wet automatically. Siya keeps her hand on his lap while Ram continued.
SIYA- but I am fine na... Then..?
Asked Siya while Ram looks at her.
RAM- you don't know what you are for me.. if you even have a single scratch, my heart shivers..
Said Ram with the pain in his eyes. Siya too gets emotional hearing her husband's love for her.
RAM- aur yaha.. wo.. that crap Jayant.. he was saying ill about you. He dared to touch you.. he is lucky that he survived.. otherwise I would have killed that man...
Ram said clinching his fist in anger while Siya looks surprised at his reactions.
SIYA- ram...?? Ye aap hai..? Aap to itna gussa kabhi nahi karte..
She said looking at his anger while he motioned his eyes to look at her.
RAM- koi agar aapko taklif dene ki koshish bhi karega na.. to Mera yahi gussa bar bar dekhega.
Said Ram in a determination while Siya kept on looking at him. He cups her face and looks at her with his painful eyes.
RAM- aap meri jaan hai..mera sabkuch hai.. I can't imagine my life without you siya.. aapko kuch hogaya to.. me... Me bhi...
SIYA- sshhuu...
Siya keeps her finger on his mouth not allowing him to complete his sentence. They both were having tears in their eyes. Siya wipes his tears away while he bows his head down.
RAM- he is behind the bars. His whole life has been messed up now. He is not going to get out of it so easily and I will make sure of that..
He said with a determination in his voice while Siya kept on looking at him.
RAM- and I am not at all guilty about this..
Said Ram looking at her while she bows down saying nothing further. Ram takes her hands in his and kissed her wrist which has been injured due to Jayant's hold.
RAM- I am sorry... I was not there with you...
Siya looks at him immediately when he apologized to her. She shook her head asking him to not apologize. He holds her head and pulls her near him, giving an intense kiss on her forehead while she closed her eyes tightly feeling him. He release her and looks at her while she too stare his eyes.
RAM- I love you with all my soul..
Said Ram in a whisper while Siya smile at him lightly. A fresh tear was about to fall from her eyes but Ram wipes it immediately.
RAM- I can't see tears in your eyes siya...
She lightly nods her head understanding his words. She smile looking at him while he hugs her tightly.
SIYA- thank you... For being there...
Siya whispered in a low voice while Ram closed his eyes thanking God that his wife is safe in his arms...

DASHRATH- hmmm...... Hmm...... Ok...... Ya I will talk with the commissioner here..... They will handle everything in Delhi....... Hmm....
Dashrath was talking on phone with Ram. He has informed him about whatever happened with Siya. Kranti stands at the door of his room and found him busy in phone. She waited for him to complete his talk.
DASHRATH- acha tell me.. ab siya theek hai..? She is not afraid now..? Right..
Kranti's concentration goes towards Dashrath when he said those words. She looks at him in confusion.
DASHRATH- let her take rest. And you also don't worry Ram.. Raghuvanshi family ki bahu ko kabhi koi pareshan nahi kar sakta...
Said Dashrath with a determination in his voice while Kranti looks tensed. She was building n number of possibilities in her mind about what has happened to Siya.
KRANTI- hey bhagwan... All be well..
She silently prayed for Siya and then again looks at Dashrath.
DASHRATH- ok.. good night...
He disconnects the call and took a deep breath while Kranti immediately moves towards him.
KRANTI- what happened.? What you were saying on call.?
Asked Kranti getting worried while Dashrath motioned his eyes to look at her. He didn't bothered to answer her and kept on looking other side.
KRANTI- you were talking with Ram hai na.? Regarding Siya.. what happened to her.?
Dashrath closed his eyes and gets up from his place. Ignoring Kranti, he started moving towards the bed while Kranti followed him.
KRANTI- me aap se kuch puch rahi hu.. please answer me.. please tell me that Siya is alright..
Dashrath turns to face Kranti. She was looking worried and tensed for Siya. He could witness that in her eyes.
DASHRATH- why do you need to show that false concern..?
Kranti became surprised hearing his words. She knew that he is angry with her, but how could he can term her genuine concern as false.
KRANTI- you think that I am showing the fake concern..??
Dashrath looks at other side not meeting his eyes with hers.
KRANTI- ek bar meri taraf dekhkar ye kahiye Dashrath.. that you really think that way...
Said Kranti with a pinch of hurt expression in her voice. Dashrath gave a look at her.
DASHRATH- nowadays I am not understanding what you are thinking and what you actually wants...
Kranti looks disappointed hearing his answer.
DASHRATH- Ram aur Siya jab ghar chodkar ja rahe the, that time you didn't bothered to stop them. These many days you didn't bothered to ask any one of us about their security... And today.. you are feeling worried for Siya...all of a sudden.??
Kranti bows down hearing the allegations from him.
DASHRATH- why.? Achanak se itna pyar kyu..?
KRANTI- aap... Mujhe kabhi nahi... Samajh payenge..
Said Kranti, still not facing him while nodding her head in disbelief. He gave her a mocking smile.
DASHRATH- true.. kyuki agar me tumhe samajh pata, then I would have known what you actually feels for my eldest son and daughter-in-law..
Kranti immediately looks at him in wonder. She looks surprised about how Dashrath thinks about her. He termed Ram and Siya as his own, discriminating from her children.
KRANTI- they are mine too...
Said Kranti with a low voice, almost to herself.
DASHRATH- acha pyar jatati ho...
Dashrath taunts her with one more sentence while Kranti didn't said anything. Dashrath looks at her eyes feeling the pain that she has been hurt. He sighed and keeps his hands at his back.
DASHRATH- a hooligan tried to trouble Siya...
Disclosed Dashrath making Kranti shocked. The other moment she started thinking about Siya's security.
DASHRATH- wo to acha hua ki Lakshman time se waha agaya.. otherwise...
KRANTI- no..
Kranti immediately stops him from completing his sentence. She keeps her hand on her heart which was pumping at its full speed feeling afraid.
DASHRATH- Ram has taught him a nice lesson. Ab wo gunda kabhi khudki biwi ko bhi aankh uthakar nahi dekhega..
Said Dashrath with a pinch of anger in his voice. Kranti moves towards him and ask with concern.
KRANTI- inn tino ne ghar kaha liya hai.? where do they stay.? Can't they stay with the Rajrishis..??
Kranti questioned him with a disappointment in her voice. Dashrath looks at her.
KRANTI- Ram and Lakshman must be busy with their factory for the whole day.. aur Siya.. usko aise akela chodna is not good for her security..
Said Kranti thinking about Siya while Dashrath kept on looking at her reaction.
KRANTI- adat nahi hai use akele rehne ki... Raghuvanshi family ki badi bahu.. aur aise use koi.. pareshan kaise kar sakta hai....
Kranti stops in between looking at Dashrath's stare. She realised what she was talking and gulped looking at him.
DASHRATH- I wonder... Jisne khud ye sab circumstances create kiye hai wo khud concern kaise dikha sakta hai...
Said Dashrath in a taunt while Kranti feels bad about his words. She bows down not wanting to argue more.
DASHRATH- fir bhi.. acha laga.. atleast tumhe thodi fikr to hai Siya ki..
Kranti closed her eyes and control her tears. She turns around and leaves from there without Dashrath says anything further. He kept on looking at her way and nods his head in disbelief...

Siya enters the kitchen after having her bath, the next morning. She gets surprised looking at the two brothers busy with their talks and their work.
LAKSHMAN- bhaiya... Ye sahi bana hai kya.?
Asked Lakshman showing him the "ajeeb sa shape wala paratha" holding in his both hands. Ram turns to look at him and giggle at its shape.
LAKSHMAN- bhaiya..??
Lakshman pouts at his reaction while Ram smile at him.
RAM- atleast.. pehele wale se to better hai..
Said Ram pointing towards the dish which was already having a "more ajeeb sa shape wala" paratha.. Lakshman laughs at his silliness and continued his work, putting the paratha on the pan. Siya looks at them in confusion. She peeps at Ram to have a look about what work he is doing.
RAM- Lakshman.. pass me that black pepper..
Lakshman forwards his hand to catch the black pepper bottle and throws it at Ram while he catches it. He puts a pinch on the juice blender jar and put the jar at the blending machine.
RAM- Siya loves orange juice..
Said Ram switching on the blender to make fresh juice for his wife. Siya smile lightly looking at both of them. She cleared her throat to gain their attention.
SIYA- eehhmm...
Ram and Lakshman looks at the door to find Siya standing folding her hands.
LAKSHMAN- good morning bhabhi..
Lakshman wished her with a wide smile while Siya too revert with a light smile.
SIYA- morning.. by the way.. kya horaha hai.?
Asked Siya looking at Ram who just gave her a smile.
RAM- special breakfast for our special person..
Said Ram moving towards Siya who was now smiling at him.
LAKSHMAN- bhabhi.. mene aapka favourite paneer paratha banaya hai. I mean bhaiya has prepared with the batter.. I've just prepared it's parathas..
Said Lakshman flipping the paratha on the pan. Siya looks at Ram in confusion.
RAM- what.? Say thank you..
Said Ram in a pout while Siya nods her head smiling in disbelief.
SIYA- well thank you.. but.. what was the need Ram.. me kar leti.. I am fine now..
Said Siya looking at both of them. Lakshman looks at Ram waiting for him to answer Siya.
RAM- we know that you are fine.. but kya ek din hum aapke liye kuch kar nahi sakte.?
Asked Ram folding his hands while Siya feels touched by their gesture. Lakshman moves towards her and side hugs her.
LAKSHMAN- bhabhi.. you prepare tasty food for us.. everyday, every night... Can't we do it for once.?
Siya smile at him and caresses his face lovingly while Ram watches them with smile.
LAKSHMAN- yes.. wo bat alag hai.. ki hume khana banana nahi ata.. but we have tried our best..
Said Lakshman in embarrassment while Ram giggles at him. Siya wipes a small tear from the corner of her eye.
LAKSHMAN- oho.. meri mother india wali bhabhi... Ye emotional hona chodiye.. because...
Lakshman holds her from shoulders and enacted in Rajesh Khanna style..
LAKSHMAN- Siya..!! I hate tears re...
Siya laughs at him and lightly hits his shoulder. Ram and Lakshman looks at each other and sighed in relief looking at the smiling Siya.
RAM- chaliye.. have breakfast..
Said Ram forwarding his hand towards her and she holds his hand. He takes her near the table while Lakshman brings the plate to her.
SIYA- you two..?
LAKSHMAN- hum badme.. pehele.. aap..
Said Lakshman feeding a bite of paratha to her. She gave him a wide smile.
SIYA- not bad..
Lakshman makes his collar up in attitude while Ram brings a glass of juice to her.
RAM- hmm..
He keeps the glass near her lips and she took a sip of juice.
SIYA- nice..
Said Siya and took the glass from him. Suddenly her cellphone rang and it was urmila's call.
SIYA- hello..
URMILA- dii... Aap theek hai na.?
Asked Urmila getting panicked while she smile at her lightly.
MANVI- hum to bohot darr gaye the dii..
Said Manvi continuing as the phone was on speaker.
SHRUTI- dii. Please say that you are fine..
SIYA- don't worry baba.. I am fine.. sachme..
Said Siya looking at Ram with a smile who nods his head lightly. She continued talking with the girls while Lakshman whispered at Ram.
LAKSHMAN- bhaiya.. you think bhabhi is really fine..?
Asked Lakshman in a low voice so that Siya don't hear them while Ram looks at him.
RAM- yes.. she is fine.
Said Ram with a confidence and then again looks at Siya who was busy talking.
RAM- your bhabhi is very strong. She will not get weak by this incident..
Said Ram staring Siya who was pacifying the girls over the call. Lakshman smile at his bhaiya's words.
LAKSHMAN- but still bhaiya. Do you think one of us should be with her always.?
Asked Lakshman out of concern while Ram again looks at him. He sighed and smile at him.
RAM- Siya will never get agree to it.. she will think that we don't trust her and are making her stay in the shell forcefully..
Said Ram making Lakshman understand while he nods at him lightly.Ram patted his shoulder.
RAM- don't worry.. you know you're bhabhi is a rockstar right.?
Lakshman smile at him when he remembers how Shatrughan and he used to term Siya as "rockstar". He nods his head in agreement feeling confident. The other moment he decided to tease Ram.
LAKSHMAN- bhaiya... Waise.. ye Gadar ka Sunny Deol kaha se aya aap ke andar...?
Asked Lakshman pressing his smile while Ram looks at him in confusion. He points his finger at Ram's chest at his injury. Ram smile at him nodding his head in disbelief while Lakshman gave a pat on Ram's shoulder feeling proud of his big brother. Both of them watches Siya with a smile...
