Yep Di..I was quite busy with classes. And someone has returned with a bang this time, my back pain😆🤔. I'm feeling better Di. Hope everything will be fine soon.

No wonder I appreciate your positive spirit👍🏼 nonetheless,I am Sorry to hear about your back pain, avoid too much of bending or lifting heavy stuff , prolonged static postures are not good,be careful with spine, exercise a bit, hopefully,you are taking calcium & vitamin D in some form..seems like online classes are adding to woes
