Pakhi as a character had a lot of potential but poor writing and acting by actress ruined it 👎🏼

You can pretty much use modern technology and paste her body with one facial experience in every scene. Because that’s pretty much what she does anyway! Its same expression every single time.. you have to guess what she might be feeling... i think it looks like sulking but not too sure!

Her lack of capacity to emote ruins everything!

Today she was supposed be outraged and beyond angry because of Virat taking strong stand! And her aai came, she just looked like someone who recently had her candy snatched..

To be honest I don’t know what she looked like because she looks like that everytime when she is not smiling....

She doesn’t even have emotional range shown by UM, forgot about other characters!

she is supposed to be a parallel lead, and has very important role. But she just ruins everything with her resting b face!

please please open your eyes, ears and brain and do something about it.

Message to actress- you are not hated because of your character. People don’t like you because you are not portraying your character well, you are not justifying playing important and layered character like pakhi! On top of that you appear ignorant and arrogant and delusional justifying character’s actions!

its just too frustrating!

I think best thing for directors to do would be to accompany her every expression with her mind voice, just 1 line for viewers to understand.

Until someone pointed out, I didn't even realize wtf is she smiling when Virat was willing to leave his family for Sai . He couldn't talk to his family about Pakhi, but the same guy has confidence to not only support his wife time and again but eventually move out with his wife. So all the while she never meant anything to him. What should have been instead should be like disgust for Virat, that he never cared for her. When Mohit was telling her to go, Virat didn't even speak up and for Sai he was willing to leave.

Where is her outrage!! her Pride!

This was again a big showstopper moment, spoilt single handedly by Pakhi's expressions.

Rest of the cast was good.

No I don’t think so. Even I thought since I am sairat fan and Pakhi character is based on her own delusions, I am being biased.

then I saw few posts here in the forum realised it was just not me. Also I checked the high drama scenes of her.

She gives the same emotion and camera shots are either long or not focused on her only.

one example is check out the thodphod scene. They don’t show her face. They show the saman she is throwing. In that scene when she is pulling out the quilt from the bed to throw, only her body is seen not her head. It was either directors stupid mistake or they didn’t want to show her face emote. Given the other scenes history I would go for the later.

I specifically watched her scenes so that I am not biased against her.

she is beautiful and has got such an expressive eyes. She just needs proper guidance to emote/live the Pakhi character.

They work round the clock so script reading and discussion and all doesn’t happen in itv I guess.

She has the screen presence I hope she improves.

Actually in some scenes, her expressions do come out.. like when looks hopeful at him and asks Kya yeh sach hain (when he says Sai thinks he loves Pakhi).

So like you say, she maybe needs some guidance and understanding of what is expected out of her character in that scene to emote it better.

In ITV specially, people live for FL winning and looking at vamp/ villian's expression at their defeat.

Here we are robbed of that pleasure due to her expression. Thats why people are angry.

Nah! When all the rest of the actors in the show are acting their part well and even the actresses playing karishma, kaku and sonali who are dislikable characters whose expressions are apt per scenes, the actress playing pakhi actually stands out like a sore thumb in the expressions department.

Actress projects Pakhi has the one who lost her love and she is justified to feel what she feels. And that’s is the problem.

if the love was not 1.47 yoga love, yes it’s justified. And to believe that 26 yrs woman was never in a relationship before or not even a crush kind of makes me wonder Pakhi’s mental state!!

One of the reasons fans not only question Pakhi character but also the actress herself because of the way she defends Pakhi character in her interviews.

We do tend to dislike vamp or third person, that’s understandable. But usually we don’t care much about actress playing the character. They are loved and adored due to their acting skills.

I guess with actress portraying Pakhi’s has one dimensional look, she just looks sulky. And as an actress she is ignorant and bit arrogant too!

I don’t think anyone is being biased or unfair to point it out! It’s good that you’re consciously asking yourself that 😊

Even I think actress is not understanding her character. In the recent interview with Neil the reporter himself said Virat mera nahi ho sakta toh kisi ka nahi ho sakta ...something like that after that Aishwarya nodded her head and repeated the same line .

No offence but Sometimes I feel she didn't know before that the character she is playing should be understood deeply because whenever Neil explains his character her expressions are like should we understand the character.

Gadbad & golmal Ka jholjhal hai! Her switch is acting in reverse.

Actorben tries to stay in pakhimode & justify every nasty +idiotic acts of vaadavahini in all offscreen segments, pictures & all!

Actorben goes into Aishwaryamode onscreen and gives ‘vaari jaava’ Expressions, where pakhi Vahini should be going on full Blackmode.

Patralekha is strong character, and a good actor could take it to epic level!

Too bad current actorben has major limitations in comprehension.

To be honest: her constipated dead look all through shadi track was giveaway! That’s all she can do!

Oh well! Pawty offacreen is all that matters it seems!
