Crisis and Companionship

Well Well Well😆....ise kehte hain MOVEMENT wala episode😆.....so much to digest today. lol

I was a little thrown off in the beginning over the lack of continuity from yesterday's last scene😆....but ab toh aadat daal leni chahiye. So much for "super suspicious" Malini oh so "disturbed" by Adi-Imlie ki room entry.....lol all gone next morning😆....no follow up conversations. Cuz the next track had to be set up I guess so raat gayi, baat literally gayi😆....onwards to Kaamchor Professor Malini who wants to bunk college more than her students also😆.

What we DID get some continuity on was Adi-Imlie's equation shifting into a more supportive, partner-like zone. Starting off with Imlie showing up to clean his room and for the first time, Adi feeling some pangs seeing her cleaning around when she should be studying. Small mercies he atleast spoke up and tried to stop her for once. But Imlie twists everything into a debate about "work is work" rather than understanding that she is stagnating herself. Ah well, I suppose that conversation will be explored another time. Most noteworthy thing in this scene was Imlie managing to make SERIOUS Patrakaar sing a song about POWERFUL IMALIYA🤣.....it really spoke to the fact that the otherwise overtly serious and focused Adi can only be cajoled into lightening up by Imlie....she doggedly teased those smiles, then a full on laugh out of him as she made him sing....😆.....I don't think he even realized when she managed to unburden him with her wacky antics. He's so busy always telling her to stop talking, he doesn't realize when her chatter lifts all the weight from his shoulders.

But it is AFTER this that the epi gets FAR more interesting....when CRISIS hits....and with it comes some long overdue clarity😆. Basically, everything from the point of Malini's accident news was a study in contrasts from how Adi reacted when Imlie was shot😆.

There were little things sprinkled throughout the scenes that said so much without directly spoonfeeding something and I quite appreciated that about the narrative today. Like for example, the fact that Adi considers Malini a "Tripathi" now but everyone he spoke to when asking about Malini kept referring to her as a Chaturvedi....including her students😆. Looks like Malini has not changed her last name even after getting married to him.....lol....the students were even calling her MRS. Chaturvedi🤣......and then the fact that even after dating for 7 years, Adi has no clue who Malini's friends are when he had to try to call to find out where she is?😕.

Adi unraveled pretty much in minutes when Imlie was shot.....in Malini's case, Adi decided to retreat into work as a solace to function. What a contrast.....we all know in general he is a man who represses emotions he isn't comfortable dealing with but it really was quite amazing to see him being able to use work as a distraction from having to think about Malini's situation. His wife, the supposed grand love of his life is MISSING and he has the mental bandwidth to think of doing his reporter work in the interim? 😆......worth noting that he literally left his camera bag behind when he was busy carrying Imlie to the hospital in that rain😆.

What made it all the more hilarious was Imlie herself pointing out to him that he had unraveled in worry over her when she got shot, so she thinks Adi will be even more distraught over Malini who is his LOVE, not his zimmedaari like Imlie🤣.....Oh Imliya...little do you know. Waise the companionship theme continued in the bit when Imlie insisted that she will accompany him on the bike and won't let him go anywhere alone.....lol these two idiots....do they even realize how they try to watch out for each other? LOL@ Adi saying ki TUM humein sambhaalogi?....but Imlie was so firm on her resolve to accompany him - that true sense of being companions came through.

Also worth noting that Imlie totally understood that Adi was trying to distract himself with work...but she still didn't leave his side no matter how overwhelmed she herself was feeling being on an accident site with dead bodies all around.

The last few scenes were a bit dragged out and I'm not sure what the writers think they are proving with Malini-Adi ka photo frame getting damaged.....lol I think it's all a red herring....kuch nahin hoga Malini ko....this whole setup is only to show a contrast in Adi's reactions when Imlie's life was in danger v/s his reaction to Malini's life being in danger.

All depends on how/if they follow up in terms of continuity about this tomorrow😆

Good summary - even in this scenario - CVS made Malini Mahaan with calling out her helping of other people in need.

If Adi has to introspect - his ability to distract himself with his work for Malini vs his intense reaction when Imlie was shot is the perfect question to ask himself. I wonder if Imlie will comfort a distraught Adi and be caught by MAlinis's yahan kya chal raha hai tomorrow :)

What drama - no one believes Malini is dead

Aditya’s laughter is so good. And they get such less opportunities to bring it to the forefront that when even a ten second scene like today’s happens, it spreads warmth. Imlie is sunshine anyway.

The makers did a decent job in not showing Aditya completely unaffected as well while trying to bring about the differences and that is a good thing. He does not know what to do when everyone is questioning and Imlie has to step in to tell him about the emergency number. Nuances at times in this show are a thing of beauty.

But what he definitely does not forget is to pull around Imlie. Mauka nahin chodtha haath pakadke kheenchne ka 😆

That photo thingy was to let the family know that they need to pray harder. Imlie toh khoon vaapas dene wali hai definitely.

Kya cheez hain yeh babusahib 🤣 sure he was using distraction tactics as means to not fall apart but really 😆 his priority priorities even when the students told him that she is somewhere around probably under some stone he was like toh kya karein imlie other than work and was helping other victims instead of looking for his lub😆and phir he says he doesn't need anyone sambhalooing him bro more than anything you need it. You needed imelia around to get some sense of sab theek hai too so you could unload on her and show her the worry.. again noticeable how she is the one he feels comfortable enough to admit itna bhi that he is technically not fine but trying to be haan yeh alag hai ke we know what kind if not fine he showed when imelie was in danger then a radio call over the walkie made him run for the rescue not even knowing who the victim is and here even knowing thay his pyari malini might be in grave danger he is like ok let me do my assignment first jo hoga so hoga 🤣 anyways there are enough people to rescue moon🤣

Ek toh yehi funny hai ke koi bhi malini ko tripathi nahi manta adi ne kitni baar correct kia different logon ko ke she is tripathi yet they repeated after oh yeah right chaturvedi🤣 Again telling the audience ke despite all that she isn't really a tripathi in her own eyes too caz she never tried to change this habit of her students ya changed her name formally at her workplace 🤣 she is still pretty much living in her dating stage hi🤣

Also I was like what is the suspense with the deadbody bro I can tell from here not her caz her red fangs are missing itna bhi nahi jaante mallini ko uske papa and hubby 🤣

The emotional bonding of adi imlie was very very nicely done and shown how much imlie knows and how he can't really argue and end main gives in in front of this choti si imelia... truly powerful imelia in the sense ke she holds the power to pass through the walls and gets to see him at his raw self. I was amused that imlie was quick to point out that professional toh tab bhi thay na aap so then kyon you were hanging on to a silver lining so stop this o can handle hahah imlie thought too much too about his unraveling though usse bhi kuch zyada mila nahi in sense of his jhatka rofl at tum sambhalogi mujhe yes babusahib aur kaun wohi toh hai who can manage to handle you when you have no control over yourself be it ghussa or pareshaani

The lub was toh kamaal ke he doesn't know kuch bhi yeh bhi nahi ke dost kaun hain malini ke 😄 look at the great understanding and hum sab jaante hain claims even his mom was like kuch pata bhi hai

The first scene was adorable for the fact that they treated each other so normally and he finally stopped her from doing jhadu pocha and imelie was like itne main khush ke usko bura feel hua seeing her do this aww but then she gave lame sab kaam barabar hai excuse sure honey but if you were appointed for that you aren't and that is why he stopped you.. good thing yeh hai ke babusahib haven't forgotten about studies yayyy chalo ab get done with this accident and get her to college shabhash babusahib.. imlie making him feel lighter and divert his tension regarding his important work was sooo cute and sweet and babusahib gave in too and actually sang the whole thing aww. I was enjoying her doing his chop throughout with his bhonpu jaisi awaaz and him only and only screaming screaming all the time so not getting the sur right.. what a happy pill she is for all .. babusahib ki tension to aise chutki bajate hi phurr kar deti hai *hug* and not gonna lie I enjoyed their singing session it was so cute and childlike innocence ke saath gaa rahe thay dono khushi se powerful imelia aww🤗😍 notice the theme being them learning and trying things together that has been a loop kabhi yeh isko cursive sikha raha hai and kabhi yeh singing and very subtle but noticeable that dayhe offered and went try karogi and today she said try toh karein awww

I was amused at end main him telling her with full formality and izzat ke saath ke jaiye apna kaam kijiye hahah reminded me of parashaniya mahaan imeli ji scene and tone 🤣

Overall a good episode esp for the emotional turmoil..

Forwarded all the tamasha with the fams meh... the stupid frame breaking pe bhi hassi aayi such a trp tactic but caz isn't sheeshe ka toothna acha shagun usually hahah

Aapka jhakaas daily review jindabaad 😆. Yes we saw real progression of the adilie relationship in terms of imlie performing her wifely duties subconsciously, whether it be having aditya sing a song or preventing him from going alone in search of wifey number 2. Guess the real quota of 3 good episodes begins today.

I had to pinch myself when I was watching the scene in Aditya's room. The convo was hilarious and sweet in turns. How she can lift his mood or teach him to sing, well done Imliya!

Looks like AdiMoon did not have a convo about the events on Imli's birthday and laid the matter to rest. Now, Mun wanting to bunk college like a kid and goof around... another layer peeled and is childish at heart.. who wants to return to a strict husband.. like really.. Adi is strict but you are the professor and loves to order everyone about, loves to air your opinions on everything.

Imli coming to clean the room was a sight to watch. She walked in with a smile and a jaunt. Adi was immersed in work, sensed her presence at his door and continued his work.. Imli dusting and looking at his books.. made him think about how she should be holding books/pen and not a jhaadu. Imli's turn to give some gyaan.. direct question to him - does he feel bad for her? How she always arrives at the crux of the matter without beating about the bush. Some honest convo without Malini hovering and teaching him to sing, cracking a joke that singing songs will not fill a hungry belly. The serious patrakaar, let go of his serious visage and smiled, sang a song and was totally relaxed. Aparna should have seen her son, who always tells him to smile more, not to so serious. Adi spoke to Imlie in a soft tone and was relaxed too. What a change in his persona overnight 😆😆

Then the call... Aparna calling him.. seeing the news on the TV of the bridge collapse and Malini on that very highway, her college bus trapped in the collapse.. The man freezes, does not know her friends to call for info, Aparna scolding him.. Imlie using her presence of mind, asking him to call the number on the screen.. he miraculously gets through.. asking for Malini Tripathi.. gets Chaturvedi.. name not changed post marriage. He is off to WORK, do the reporting on the incident as he has been assigned the job. Grabs his camera and everyone is left gaping at him...

Imlie takes off after him and insists on going with him, she wants a chance to help Malini in case... she is unable to complete the sentence... leaving the thoughts in the mind.. the horror that awaits them when they arrive at the scene. Adi is reminded of his zimmedaari and his rush to save Imli's life when she was shot.. Imli reminding him that she is only his zimmedaari whereas Mun is his love, his wife. Today, Imli hopped onto the bike and held onto Adi's shoulder, no time for emotion sickess.. 😆 attuned to each other.

At the scene, Adi puts on a brave face, tries to go about his work, ordering Imli to stay put, who is overwhelmed by the scene at the accident. She bravely tries to be of help and all the hither/thither, the students who say Ms. Chaturvedi was very brave, saved them all... has a brief outburst at Imlie, saying he is trying to do his work. Stumbles upon a man stuck beneath a pillar and then spots Mun's bag... and sees a lady... behind a pillar...seems to be Mun... he is stunned.. and staggers back.

A little scene of the C's, Anu having a breakdown...

What a twist... let us see what unfolds in the next few episodes.
