Analysis 22 Feb : Turbulence of the Past

So subtle saKhi scenes today with all the focus still being on Aastha and Shaan storyline. Thank god, we didn't get any scene of Sabherwal's today. They're just a pain to watch on screen.

Shaurya and Anokhi may seem at loggerheads but their relationship is progressing. As in, nothing romantic but Shaurya feels comfortable enough to express his anger, frustration and regret in front of her without any hesitation. He doesn't do that with another student. This would lead to him falling for her because he treats her different than others, even when he's irritated by her.

Shaurya is unnervingly rude to Anokhi. He crosses a line with a student like that. But point to be noted, it's just Anokhi. Nobody else. CVs made sure to highlight this point by showing Shaurya's interaction with another student juxtaposed with his interactions with Anokhi. He's nice to everyone except for Anokhi.

I saw a hint of emotion when Shaurya saw Anokhi in the college. He really regrets blaming her. But his emotion vanished when she mentioned Aastha. Very convenient CVs. 🤔

Anokhi is looking for a part time job and goes to Shaurya for guidance. He's unbelievably rude and asks her to go to the admin. Well, tbh he's right here thoda sa. Then conversation ensues and Anokhi brings up the press issue, Shaurya says he knows she didn't call the press. He was just angry and blamed her.

Anokhi looked relieved and Shaurya like a grumpy baby. Shaurya is humble enough to acknowledge his mistake even when he was angry, even when he didn't have to. This is why he's my favourite.

Aastha and Shaan scenes were heartbreaking. You can see them longing for each other but they know they can't be together. Anokhi's parents clearly embarassed by their son. Anokhi also sees Shaan and Aastha in between their personal conversation and is left with questions.

PRECAP : CVs I WILL KILL YOU. SAME PRECAP AGAIN UGHH

MY RATING : 7/10, it was a pretty average episode, felt like a filler.

Yes I agree, him treating her differently due to any reasons will lead him to fall in love with her because she's always on his mind.

Thanks goes to the CVs for the writing the scene. It was good scene with some depth which is a pleasant surprise in ITV.

He is in a mess...

Apart from the topic...I really hope SP promotes the show well..no promo no segments..and hell of a precap for more than a week..channel will only be responsible for the low trp and will pull the show...

Omg yess, I'm so sick of seeing the same precap for more than a week now. I'm so so annoyed!

Also, yes I too feel episode was stretched for building up drama. No scene had the crisp writing like scenes of last week

Anokhi's solution to all the problems is Shaurya sir. It was kind of funny. But Shaurya was right. What would he know about job vacancies. 😆

One thing I noticed is that Shaurya is really good with people. He doesn't act like a typical angry ML. He even behaves properly with Anokhi until Aastha is mentioned. That is when he loses it. Also deep inside he really do care about his mom. It is just years of pain and misunderstandings and brainwashing by the Sabherwals that is keeping him away from Aastha.

I am glad that Anokhi's parents apologized on behalf of their son. But one thing I don't like is that everyone who does a crime is let off the hook so easily. First ragging and sexual assault and now attempt to murder. All these are serious crimes in real world. To treat them so casually is not really good. I hope the creatives keep that in mind in future.

2nd scene where she talks about Aastha being in the hospital and calls her meri guru and doosri maa got me emotional 🥲🥲

It did strike a chord in shaurya who is already fighting his inner voice

His mind trying to control his heart
