One of the hottest couples of the showbiz, Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu Singh Grover, tied the knot in 2016 and since then they have been giving glimpses of their "monkey love" to their fans through their social media posts. Sticking through thick and thin, the two have been setting couple goals for their millions of fans. The two have overcome an array of hurdles and in several interviews, they opened up about the same.

In 2019, the TV actor revealed that he was suffering from depression to mark World Mental Health Day. While talking about the mental illness, the actor shared that his wife Bipasha Basu helped him get through the tough time. And, with her constant support, she encouraged him to emerge bigger, better and stronger.

During a panel discussion on mental health at an event, the actor shared, “There is a reason why I want to talk about mental health. Because I have lived it. Depression can be caused because of many reasons and the root needs to be identified. It has been a difficult journey, maybe not for me but for my loved ones because I got great help and support from them. Bipasha was there. It is something that we need to speak about.”

The actor further revealed, "We all go through it at some level or the other, running into things, trying to make money, and all the stress that causes a lot of pressure in our minds which is not supposed to be there. This is not life, there is a lot more to it."
