I watched premiere episode of new Anita entry in BGPH. They tried to be as logical as possible.

1. Doctor asked Anu's photos to fix her face but a warehouse accidentally changed photo envelope with other one so her face gets changed.

2. Doctor said her vocal cords damaged due to accident so her voice will be different.

Weight to kisi ka bhi badh sakta hai. Anu went away somewhere for a period of time so she may have gained weight. Over time Neha's weight may get reduced like she lost a lot of weight a year ago. As for height, this is only illogical thing as Saumya is talker than Neha but we can ignore this. May be they did not found suitable replacement of her height even after looking for weeks. Still they were at least in few things unlike daily soaps where many things change after plastic surgery without explanation like Karan Jotwani changing into Rajveer Singh who have so many difference in body structure.
