He seems like he knew Malhar for sometime. I feel like there is some connection here. Cause remember how Kaka said that someone with Malhar's eyes tried to kill him? So seems like he's been working with the terrorist gang for sometime.

The corrupt officer was in the station saasu di...he was openly counting his bribe money...goda told Kallu that looks he is involved in bribery

Pata nahi if it's corruption in parallel or anything

As for the terrorist...yes that guy looked like he knew Malhar already...I think Malhar had befriended him before becoming Shera itself
