There are two possibilities:

1) He would tamper it ensure Riddhima doesn't know she's pregnant that way he could try and manipulate her to leave Vansh or whatever he is planning

2) False pregnancy to manipulate Ishani agaimst Riddhima/RiAnsh.

She never thought but considering she's taking a test there is a possibility....atleast in terms of intimacy.
