Devoleena did say to rakhi that tharkey is a wrong word she didn't encourage her to abuse or use any such words. But sachayi ki devi can't see the truth lol or should I say she doesn't want to coz in her world she only takes " selective " stands & for ppl who r her chamchas not for those who don't boot lick her so yeah I can understand why she didn't take a stand. 😳
