How could you think there won't be consequences ? Did you put Riddhima on pill ? Even condoms don't give 100% protection. Forget about all those, did you talk to Riddhima ? Yes, Vansh can do this. He can trick her into the abortion but it is same as hiding the parent's truth. But as you said Kabir again will use this against him and unknowingly he might need to say he trying to do it - that's where we might get separation too. Ridhima finally thinking to leave VR Mansion and but miscarriage can happen.
