It is the same concept. Abhinav’s who is dignified gentleman. His character assasination is done be on DDT by calling him tharki. Just because Rakhi crossed the line and he objected.

If Abhinav was female and Rakhi male then it is very well same situation in real world where a female is always accused if she allowed a male to get into her comfort zone and she got molested or rape.

If the same situation had happened to Rubina, and Abhinav had taken a stand agaisnt a Male contestant then he would have been hailed. Yeh toh sach hain.

When Andy was swinging Gauhars undergarments then people priased Kushal for taking a stand. Yaha toh undergarments Koh cut bhi kiya aur pull bhi. It was disturbing to see Abhinav cry.

I as an viewer definitely didn’t look out for a contestant who is perfect, too good to be true kind of people, as we have never been in a house for months sharing kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with unknown people without having contact of outside, but I looked for a normal human who has some qualities of being good, sensible, emotional and probably adjustable too along with treating people equal, leadership qualities and standing up for right or wrong or fight for yourself or friends and performing tasks are bonus personality! BB makers always brings in tough situations which brings your best or worse out of you! But I definitely don’t see a hypocrite, arrogant, righteous, preachy, liar, using people, superiority complex, incompetence etc etc to be a winner!
