@Fary: Word to everything you said about Adi ka Thank You speech.....it was a very nice scene.....he remembered Imlie khud se and got emotional over all she's done for him without asking for anything in return. At one point, it almost sounded like he said, "Thankoo bhi nahin bol sake"....lol....almost like he was saying it like Imlie would.

Then aage it was all a twist of destiny again.....Adi didn't go to Imlie on his own....Meethi had to call him right at that moment to divert him and send him to Imlie and that created a situation for Imlie to become the first to congratulate and gift him the sikka....that was also very nicely built up the way he said initially I can't take this, this is SK's gift to you but Imlie insisted....then Adi himself handing her the trophy and saying aise upar uthaao....woh bhi organically sweet way mein play out hua.....then it all went downhill with Malini and gang showing up and guilt parade commencing😆

I actually thought the makers might show a dhang ka transition to Malini ka koi grey shade.....but they again made it about the usual Malini pouting ki "I wanted to share this with you cuz this is my dream for you too".....and Adi instantly groveling mode mein chala gaya.....lol once again, there was potential in the scene to think through some things like Malini telling him he doesn't really understand her....but sab kuch gloss over ho gaya in Adi groveling and coddling her enough so that she got over her tantrum😆

Then next moment Imlie murga ban gayi and I was too busy head-desking😆.....matlab they are pushing her "jhallapan" too far with this stuff now.....guilt-trip samajh aata hai....yeh har point pe slave jaise behave karne ka kya matlab hai?😕

And precap mein looks like Adi is going to loose it seeing Imlie trying to keep the Vat Savitri wala fast🤔..

In ideal situation he should have just told Malini what happened in Pagdandiya. It was more of a moral duty. As far as their marriage the rituals did happen but since it was not registered you can’t get it dissolved. Baaki documentation scene in the school was just too random. Which reminds me I watched Kaagaz and I was so shocked that it was based on a true story. You just wonder and get frustrated at the lengths he had to go just to get on paper that he is alive and not dead.

It was kind of slow. Pankaj Tripathy carries the movie entirely on his shoulders. He does such a fabulous job of playing a naive and innocent villager.

Wait....I'm not sure I fully understand. Are you saying that other than a moral failing, what Adi did was fine? 😆.....that it's ok as long as his marriage with Imlie wasn't registered for him to calmly marry another woman? No thought needed to be spared for a girl who was married to him with so many witnesses? I just don't see any basis for him calling it "illegal" and thinking that was the end of it....that's taking the easy way out. If he really wanted to do this the right way both morally and legally, he should have gotten the marriage registered and then annulled. It's not like it happened in secret that him denying it makes it disappear.

Malini bas 2 min ke liye villainous behave karti hai phir ek dum coddle hoke tumse naraaz nahi hoon start kar deti hai phir kyon bhav khati hai.. faltu ki attention seeking tactics.. uppar se Imlie ka murga banana was too much kia kya hai usne adi babu simple phone record dikha dein ke call aa gaya so he took it to her.. lol at malini ka mera sapna ghanta tera sapna what exactly have you done to support adi in this sapna other than sacrificing your honeymoon.

Poor adi itne ache mood main aaya but this malini had to made it about her and then end main kitne formally she gave the stupid sikka just contrast it to imlie ka sikka giving .. and phir se nikal li... malini and uski selective viewing and yeh attention seeking tactics end up annoying ..

I was so happy ke aaj imlie mentioned her education again I was like chalo Thank God zikar toh hua and adi itna fondly watching her listening to her dreams and then wanting to share his success .. even though destiny played a role in them meeting pehle him offering to hand her the trophy also stemmed from him thinking of her as partner in the story I felt.. him telling her ke OK keep thr SK ki nishani with you caz it means so much to you and then her going no and him taking it .. itna pyara tha woh sab..

Until Malini had to show up and act like a kid to be a spoilsport and sabka you go to malini and chalo woh bhi jhel lete but malini ka wohi superficial level ka maine bhi iske liye sapna dekha etc etc and baar baar am not naaraz with you or Imlie toh phir kyon drama kar rahi ho.. funniest line was you must be thinking itni chpti baat pe drama and am like that is exactly what it is.. and phir Imlie ne murga banke sorry bol dia toh all cool ho gayi sapna varna sab bhool gayi.. jhat se .. malini is watching to irritate me with her overswetness and yeh attention seeking qali nature.. bas adi ka mood kharab karna tha and usse guilty feel.karana tha caz yeh kaise ho sakta hai ke he can enjoy something 😉.

Yep, the Adi-Imlie parts were lovely and I'm gonna focus on those only.....edited scene zindabaad whenever you upload this epi😆

Re: Malini....The makers are now trying to sugarcoat her grey shades also😆....what she did there was obviously emotionally manipulative in trying to guilt trip Adi when she felt she didn't get some deserved attention over something in his life....but Adi seemed more than happy to be guilt-tripped....uske kadmon mein baith gaya to literally make her feel like a Queen😆....and what was all that he was saying about, "Mujhe aapse behtar koi nahin samajh sakta"....hain?😆....yeh kab hua? lol itna time toh they both live in their own bubbles and he puts his career ahead of her......this is their supreme "understanding"?😆

And yeah mujhe bhi nahin samajh aaya ki woh award Malini ka sapna kaise ban gaya.....lol kuch bhi😆....she was literally acting like an entitled brat there ki meri importance nahin di mujhe toh main naraaz hoon.

Sugarcoating ke liye makers always show Malini saying stuff like, "Oh main Imlie se naraaz nahin"....then her trying to bring Imlie into the room also.....lol but all this can't erase the annoyance of the rest of the scene and this pouting Malini who tries to act innocent.

Woh Murga bit was just too stupid for words.....and Imlie ko kuch zyada hi Malini ke saamne jhukaa rahe hain as if uski slave ho....matlab ek taraf she talks about becoming an officer someday to fulfill SK ka sapna....dusri taraf Malini ke saamne aise behave karti hai jaise uski naukar hai.....TRP gimmick hai ki ab yehi rehna hai Imlie ka character? Bechaargi max?😆

I was just discussing the technical and documentation aspect of it. Baaki the show did a good job of story telling. It was not a black or white, right or wrong kind of situation. Everything started getting tangled and out of hand very quickly.

I did not really think of him getting marriage registered and then annulled. That would be the most ideal situation and the right thing to do.

Word....they've made it quite artificial now cuz both of them are going OTT in pandering to each other and it's looking fake. Malini ki childishness ek taraf.....Imlie ko literally brainless gadhi banaa rahe hain jitna jhuk rahi hai woh literally Malini ke saamne....matlab insaan bhi ho ki bas naukar banke rehna hai DIDI ke saamne?

And yes, there is no other way to describe it....Malini ke nature mein hai yeh attention-seeking angle that came out in full form today when for the first time she felt Imlie directly got something that Malini wanted FIRST....again and again she was emphasizing ki sabse PEHLE mujhe share karna tha tumhaare saath yeh....no "mature"/"sweet" wife does that.....still we are expected as viewers to think ki yeh toh bas sweet and mahaan hai....but na, it's not working 😆

So much word it was like malini was competing for a toy jo usse pehle kisi aur ko mil gaya toh mood kharab ho gaya ke pehla toh mera hona chahiye tha.. she literally showed no intrest in the so called trophy either when adi was giving to her baad main...
