I just saw the episode now jiya di... So here's my take on it:
1. Asha mentioned that she had bribed Malhar's teammates and converted them into double agents...so that's the reason he still hasn't revealed himself as Malhar...
It's hinting towards department corruption now..
2. Asha mentioned that she never saw Malhar die and that only her goons did that...she explicitly called that out...so another hint that Malhar is pakka alive and that he might be Shera
3. Shera himself revealed himself as Nakli Malhar in front of everyone...I think he did it on purpose to make everyone believe that he can't be Malhar...
4. If the corruption is at an organisational level then Malhar doesn't have any proof of it yet other than Asha's words...no judge will ever buy the story of a career criminal like Asha...
So I think he'll continue as Shera to collect the proof for sometime
5. If he stays in SN then he will have to surrender according to the commissioner's orders...so that's why he left
Now according to the precap...Avni has put moksh up for this task...so he might have to return back to protect his family...but this time around when he returns I feel he will atleast reveal it to Moksh that he indeed is his father..
Overall a good episode today...story definitely shifting its focus now 🤗
