I knew from the first ep that Jai would not be the hero, or at least he wouldn't end up with Bani. Even if Veer was a douche at that point, it was clear that he was the one they'd pair with Bani. We know how ITV works. From the second ep though, I was already enamoured by Veer - the police station scene and everything else that happened in that ep.

Also, come on. One jodi gets Dil Ibaadat as a BGM and the other gets some thaka hua funfair music. Not hard to guess where your money's at 🤣

I mean, he's an okay director I guess but twice-award-winning? 😕 Good for him though. I guess the industry appreciates the show, which is good and ultimately all that matters.
