Well, it was a combo of things. The original KZK had a love story in the second gen that Ekta ruined by killing off the FL and then bringing in her lookalike and getting the ML to fall for her ("same face, right?") 😡 and then they went for a third leap anyway so that was just too convoluted for me. That experience was my first real ITV ship, like Vani/Shivika levels. Before that I was just watching shows without any real love for any particular jodis. So that one hurt.

I agree on this totally as well, my views were actually catered to narbhi specifically, because their bonding has some weird quirks and their relationship is kinda very open and yet private at the same time.

I was actually disappointed in narbhi fandom because when the show was airing, everyone loved these quirks in their bond. So now, when people began questioning sc eegarding her friendship with nakkul, i was like..do you not know their bond!!

I mean they openly admitted in the bts that they wish each other privately and lotta part of their friendship is private and close to them!!!

Oh I totally got your point as well. I wasn't around during the Narbhi days so don't know how that all played out, but yeah, their friendship seems genuine enough to me. I guess if they don't work together every day, fans start to wonder if they'll lose touch or if it was all for the show only.

Right?! And the fact that it took SO LONG for them to even get close to each other given all the shit Ekta threw at them. I remember we got like, one good week of pure romance before the rug was pulled out from under us.

I bet she did it bc they were proving to be as (if not more) popular than the original trio (AP/PRB) and she wanted the show to be about them. The only other ship before that was Kasak and Shravan and they ruined that too. Sneha-Sharad I just don't count because ughhhhh 🤢
