Yaar seriously I know its very sexist to say but if Riddhima wants to live happily with Vansh she has to come in terms that he is going to hide things from her....he is shown like this from starting...I know it is about her parents so I can still see it but otherwise regarding vansh's work or other thing she has to compromise that she may not always know about him
