This is a weird dilemma now. Both are right in their places.

Vansh has legit fear of losing her if she finds out the truth...same way she feared losing him if he came to know she is a spy. So he is lying.

But Riddhima too has the right to know the truth. Only her manner is bad. She needs to learn the right way to approach the truth.
