Govt had got highly engrossed in expanding rating system and exposing trp scammers so i really hope they initiate their first step towards banning regressive shows. I am sure I&B ministry is hell bent to do this. We are in 2021 still the tv shows are par beyond regressiveness and absurdity. This will have to stop only if govt interferes.

I dont think i&b ministry is anything seriois abt it....agr aisa hota toh kabke aise regressive shows ban ho jate

What if Ekta casts Sid Nigam in her new show?

Reasons:

1. Aladdin ending on 29th Jan.

2. Sid old face of Colors due to Ashoka and Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.

3. Worked in Ekta's Chandra Nandini as Bindusar.

4. Has large fan following.

5. Did different types of scenes in Aladdin.

6. Familiar with costume dramas.

7. Familiar with strong roles.

8. Good in romantic scenes.

I had this thought when I saw a Sid-Anushka story titled vampire friends. I thought this because if she can cast Parth Samthaan who had image of doing a famous youth show for Anurag role then why not Sid. Ekta now knows many people will not be interested in her new show after how she ruined Naagin 4 and Naagin 5 then she can take a famous actor to attract viewers as Aladdin was watched by all age groups.

Sid is just 20 yr old

Nd he doesnt look old enough to play adult lead....for next 2-3 yrs he can either play historical characters or play teen son to main lead couple.....or do shows like aladin where teen lead is required

He is really good actor nd have high potential to become top tv star in upcoming yrs but right now he cant play lead role in GEC where mature leads are required

His brother abhishek woh abhi mature lead ke liye thik lagta hai but sid nhi

But ITV shamelessly take 13-14 year old actresses for adult roles. Some actors play adult roles in GEC before 20 but Sid looks very young. Rohan Mehra is 31 but looks no older than 20-22.
