I know I may do few more shifts to figure out but 1 week on & off (work 7 day in row & 7 off day) is tempting plus clinic you have so much clerical work, ph calls,labs, pt emails, I work 8-5.30 daily plus extra on weekend to catch up.. but I miss my little old ladies who talk about from their cookie recipe, dog, grandkids to my kids..

Bond you make with pt in clinic is great but lifestyle wise hospital is better..
