RaniSa told Veer something after the Harry snake scene, that is not revealed yet

But when he comes forth after the haldi

Rani sees Veer near the site where the camera was

Rani reconfirms with Bauji in the police station if it is Veer, he doesnt say anything she walks off and comes and asks Veer

So she comes and asks Veer did you do it

He says yes too

Bauji once called Rani to tell it is not Veer next day of marriage but she cuts the line an did not hear that

But when he comes home for PagPhera he does tell her to clear her mind and think and see it, she does not realise the double meaning of her Bauji words till now

But as per clues cufflinks, dress outfits, drunk state, and harry telling RaniSa who you want to proctect

My thoughts

it could well have some connection to Jai as after that Jai engagment talk started at home

or

Something related to Veer's roots which someone is blackmailing RaniSa to tell Veer

It was shown in earlier episodes Ramdeer remembering that he saying Ranis a that he will take the blame instead of Rani Sa. he had taken the blame like a loyal servant. It was done at the accident spot itself.

Veer and Ramdeer both took the blame to cover Rani Sa but still her heart is stoned towards both.

yeah that's what I think too. I feel like only Bauji and veer may know. the phone calls that Ranisa gets are very suspicious
