I honestly dont care who can speak English or any language perfectly, what irks me is that when people think they know what they are saying and they they harp on and on with such confidence. If rakhi will speak English with imperfection i won't raise a question, because she says she doesnt know, nor did khesari or monalisa.

And anyway her major was english, right? So its expected from her to be as perfect in english or hindi as she sounds.
