For vansh 'his twisted wafa' is everything, even above life & death. & ridz is not any random person, she 'is' his love of life. His irrational & hypocrite or self pitting behaviour is only reserved for her. He won't show this extremeness or vulnerability to any random dushman, it's just reserved for her. Because according to him he loved her, gave her wafa. His emotion overpowering his rationality. & trust me I'm not defending him. I guess maker wanted to show things like this way but somewhere they couldn't make the connection. Or may be I'm wrong.😆
