kaise paranthe bana rahe ho uss pr time depend karta hai,

kai log roti pr oil lagate hain usse parantha bolte hain (BB me aise hee banate hai), hum tikona aur parat (layer) wala parantha banate hai, usko belene me aur sakne me time jyada lagta hai.

I m gujju roti is like u know very very thin

And paratha I make with layers putting oil bw two layers and then little oil while flipping them so it’s bit time consuming 😆

some time I make Gujarati paratha which is bhakri from thick aata with less water it takes more time to get nice crispy crust 🤣
