Subconciously I think maybe Virat knows he likes Sai, but he is trying to avoid it by deeming it as farz and Kamal Sir ka karz because he is afraid to admit ki his pakki zabaan has failed to keep the Paakhi promise and he is not sure if Sai likes him that way or is just happy with him like a friend. His definitions are all messed up thanks to his fam 🌶

Yes, I agree but then the same argument applies to Sai. She did not want to marry him, made it clear that this was just a deal for her, to Viraat and the entire family. When she married him he had been clear about his feelings and she had understood. His feelings have changed but so have hers. Its just like an arranged marriage where two people are learning about each other. Sai had promised to never expect anything from her, a promise which she will eventually break just like Viraat will break his promise to Pakhi.

Viraat stands for her everywhere where at times Sai does not show the same courtesy. The blames lies in both of them not just Viraat.

He is just avoiding to have a conversation with himself that he likes her, he is not avoiding those bubbling emotions and he is definitely not shying away from showing them.

Not like that, I have been misunderstood. I meant in an actual friend way. Like Bhavani uses the term friend with Viraat and Pakhi and fives them certain liberties that should not be allowed but she will not do the same with Sai cos double standards but if Samrat is in the equation that will change.

I also think that I should start managing my hopes for Samaat's return cos this is ITV and nothing here happens with logic.
