In that case, it's more likely she would die. Because that's where heart, lungs and main vessels(artery and veins -they carry blood inside body) are. If one of it is punctured then they may not survive.

The person might bleed out and die if major vessel or an important body organ is punctured. In cases like hand or leg shot they will survive if given immediate care.

In Trauma, patient usually slips into coma when they are hit on the head. Bleeding inside brain causes coma.

Actually again I was thinking about yesterday's episode and with that whole of the episodes since Vansh entry as Vihaan playing in my mind....and I'm seriously feeling very disappointed....as how after entry he behaved with Anupriya and kabir as if he knows already and came here for big game then how he used Riddhima to bring out Aryan and kabir's truth then how he act as joker then how he planned that photo and made popat of kabir in the party and also it was showing his desperation to be with Riddhima,I mean this plot somewhere in terms of Characteristic establishing VRS as dark grey shrewd manipulative person whom everyone fears also with a hint of his obsessive side.

I remember all these episodes of vansh's re-entry as Vihaan and now entertainment would've increased after showing him as Vansh to audience becoz Riddhima and Kabir still considered him as humshakal and also as he said to angre that now game is going to be big with more twist and turns and whole of family is going to be involved if they want or not,I'm sure they definitely would've planned it very elaborately but unfortunately they didn't get a chance to show it ,if it happened may be it could be a best track in terms of Romantic thriller.

They could have easily started the new track without rushing the things and showing VRS mastermind in 1 week episodes.

Instead of showing the disclosure in 2 episodes, they could have atleast shown it in 1-2 weeks episodes with proper reasoning so we could connect to the story....

Now there are alot of loopholes and Vansh looks dumb to me.

I think I overestimated VRS, that's why I am feeling the disconnect.
