I was using it in UK and just had to log onto my account (Google/Facebook). Most Indian albums were available, but English and certain Bollywood albums weren't due to copyright issues. Those work in India.
But I am sure this album is available on Saavn for free or you could try Spotify if you pay.

Like on Gaana the the only songs not getting uploaded are Husn and now this. All the other Coolie no.1 songs are there.

This type of music is David Dhawan's style.
Partner and Main Tera Hero had some good songs that were reminiscent of the 90s but modern esp the title song.
As long as the tune is good n original, with the apt sounds and programming, the song would be a hit.
