Untrue. In the first week, I saw all of them treat Arshi well. Arshi herself said Ruby is very nice. Only Rahul M was different but idk about him.

Even I disliked her in season 11 but was neutral until she started blabbaring about aukaat and make dirty comments. They havent even shown half the shit she says.
