Editing this post because I have woken up thanks to Shy.
Kevin Feige has decided to not recast T'Challa with any other actor, instead he's going to make Shuri take the mantle of Black Panther.
Though if you think rationally, it's a decision made on fans demand who are highly driven by emotions and not logic.
Because now Marvel would have to kill T'Challa off screen, which would be an insult to the character.
No actor is bigger than the character.
Don Cheadle replaced Terrence Howard as Rhodey.
Mark Ruffalo replaced Edward Norton as Bruce Banner.
Both replacements were not better than the original but were still accepted by the audience.
Even the much acclaimed performance of Heath Ledger as Joker didn't overshadow the character to stop other actors from playing the same role.
Joaquin Phoenix was also whole heartedly accepted as Joker by the audience.
Do you think it's the right decision to not recast T'Challa?
