Help regarding the story

New here in the forum.. following the drama ..watching all the episodes.. and i am confused reharding few things kindly clear if anyone has the idea?

Before zara's death/ accident kabir proposed zara..kabir being moulvi obviously very well knw abt nikkah and all..kabir and zara were seoarated with khula being finalised and all..and even ayesha mentioned in one of the episodes that she will ask kabir to reunite with zara after nikkah halala.. then how can irfan say that they can re marry and kabir proposing zara like if its very easy for them to get ramarried again as if halala in this case is not necessary?

Same is the case with rukhsar.. rukhsar while making everyone believe her truth even took divorcw from kabir then how in this case can kabir remarry her also ?

Why are the basic rules of islam here not being followed ?

How come rukhsar is pregnant ?

Plz clear these points to me ..
