See, our mind is complex thing. We behave differently in same situations and reacts differently and it mainly depends on what vibes we get from a person in a situation and how prepared we are mentally!

He have hugged only Mannu and physical contact isi se hai and reason he is his friend!
Kash hugged once when she entered. Its social nicety that is observed. Same goes with all challangers to whom he hugged
Task mai he goes all out! Who knows he hv trained himself that if plays a sport, touch is inevitable and he must handle it!
Benefit of doubt should be given and questioning him on it makes the person asking question insensitive. I am sure their query is genuine but give benefit of doubt or if you are so inquestive, ask them personally. Cause they themselves can explain you about their brain functioning properly!
Jas hates Eijaaz for no reason. I assume may be she dont get good vibes from him. I do bash her for it but for the way she keeps targetting him!

Like Eijaaz does. She doesnt exists for him unless she takes his name. If Jas does same, her hate will be a psycological or vibe induced and acceptable but constantly poking him shows her vile nature
