That was clearly bullying.

It's true Siya made Ridhhima realise her mistake and acted a bit matured by not doing a drama in front of the family but kept the matter between her and Ridhhima only and gave her a chance to fix things.

Her anger on Ridhhima was justified but her behavior wasn't.

Though she repented for her bad behavior but then the damage was already done. Same thing should happen with the rest of the family members too.
