I finally managed to catch up on this week's epis.....lol I forwarded all of the faltu husband and Alia's dad scenes.....but overall I liked the build up of the office dynamics....thoda slow toh hai but still it was nice to see Sarang still being upbeat about creating an opportunity for himself. I guess by the end of this week ban hi jaayega writer in Alia's company😆......I like that Ramesh bhaiyya of his always gives him encouragement😆.

Matlab aajkal toh dhang se office dikhta bhi kahaan hai kisi show mein....lol bas token office hi dikhaate hain for romance or drama.....yahaan thoda build up diya hai and I do like seeing Alia professionally handling things at work.

I do like Ramesh bhaiya and his advice always with examples of plants too but I just get bored with alia and uske acquaintances too fast they are just wayyy too slow. I want them to talk and go ahead already..I like the show but abhi bhi more on SD ki side hi. Liked sarang ka idea aaj with the notes stuck with chai. There are elements that just get too boring like that stupid husband her dad the whole baby pics ka udna non stop. Oh I do enjoy yeh chote lal office boy too with SD

LOL the only major irritant for me are the husband and the father and I forward their scenes....but otherwise I think it's refreshing how they are showing a woman tackling a major personal trauma/setback while still trying to handle her work as a CEO of her own business.

They are slowly building up Sarang's perception of her.....like when he sees her firing Manju, he then starts presuming that Alia didn't live up to the image he had of her in his mind and he comes out of his awe mode....lol but I guess aage he will see again what all Alia is facing from her husband so his perception will change again. I find this realistic rather than just one tone blind awe or instant falling in love.....he goes back and forth in trying to figure her out.

Arey woh flying baby pics wala scene bas ek hi toh tha aur tum usse hi itni pareshaani ho gayi😆.....yeah that was OTT ek toh who prints so many pics of babies....but anyways, that got over fast enough and the focus was more on Alia trying to fix the MLA Sinha issue.

Oh forgot to mention, I also liked the Rabia-Alia scene from Monday when she sambhaaloes Alia during her low moment and tells her that she deserves someone who understands her heart rather than being fixated on her money like her current husband was.

Either my expectations have shifted having seen the drastic drop in quality in most other current shows😆....or I've gotten used to this show ki slow pace.....lol .....so far the feel-good factor is making me watch and mostly enjoy the epis.

IF is doing some khichdi with updates as usual again I guess.....the topics have some blazing red envelope icon next to them phir se😆.....and some random recommended topics sidebar on the side of the page now.

I finally completed my GK scene upload project, so there are a few scenes I wanted to point out in the overall scheme of things.

Did you guys notice the fact that Gulaal never managed to complete her grah-pravesh rituals with Vasant? Her proper entry into the house literally happens to save Kesar when she hears him calling out in pain....she instantly removes the gathbandhan tying her to Vasant, bypasses the kalash on the ground and rushes over to Kesar.....the symbolism was there right from the beginning that Kesar would end up taking precedence even though she had married Vasant.

Also, in the scene when Kesar is making Paanbaa run after him in the aangan, refusing to go to school....and then Gulaal intervenes to save him, Paanbaa literally tells her ki tu ise jaanti nahin....yaad rakhna ki ek din tujhe bhi bahut phaari padega yeh😆.....talk about epic foreshadowing....lol Gulaal ko kahaan pata tha kis level tak khaayega jaan😆....or she wouldn't have laughed it off then.

The grih pravesh bit I noticed at my first watch itself, how she runs leaving the chheda chhedi . Jamuna also says something about how inauspicious this is. They literally were each others kavach right from the beginning. But on rewatch you just marvel at the fact that how subtly they weaved in this symoblism !

When GK go to Tallis house, there is a small shot of both putting their put forward at the same time in their new home, it felt like their grah pravesh .

Almost every scene they have these small nuances and foreshadowing. That is simply brilliant, especially since it is done so subtly. Whether it be mojri, ghodi chadhna, kesar being her kavach, them keeping their promises to each other. It was a soul connection they had right from the beginning.

What I absolutely love is how Alia is handling this situation. She is breaking up and have moments of self doubts. But she is very firm on the fact that relationship is over and there is no way she is taking him back and also she doesn’t want her dad to create road blocks for him, she just doesn’t want anything to do with Veer now, no love no revenge.

I liked how she dealt with Manju issue and dealing with MLA issue. Lol @ her telling the HR guy, agar tun koi brand ki product khareedo and are not satisfied, to you blame salesman or the company 😆

Lol @ his disappointment at Alias image being shattered, he told this to everyone his flatmates, his mom and his friend😆 Thats so true too, interviews etc dekhke you form an image in your mind and in most cases it turns out to be fake.

But his perception will again change after seeing that Veer drama. Such a looser her is. I loved Nityas eureka moment yesterday, she low key realized what a douche Veer is. 😆

Oh forgot to mention, I also liked the Rabia-Alia scene from Monday when she sambhaaloes Alia during her low moment and tells her that she deserves someone who understands her heart rather than being fixated on her money like her current husband was.

Rabia -Alia friendship is just heartening to watch. She is the only emotional support Alia has in her life:)

Yep, and the direction deffo brought out the significance of that moment by lingering on that shot of both of them stepping forward into their new home together.....they wanted to reflect the symbolism of them entering their home as husband-wife properly for the first time....a home they would end up building together....unlike in the case of Vasant where he brought Gulaal home but they never really got to enter that house together in that ritual.

Wohi toh.....there are just so many themes that make it worth revisiting and savoring....like the "aur tu?" theme....this was Kesar's standard repeated phrase to Gulaal in many scenes in the first 2 months especially....whenever she would be busy excitedly chattering about something, Kesar would interject with a "Aur tu?"....he always had this need to know what SHE is thinking, what SHE is feeling....duniya jahaan se isko kabhi koi matlab nahin tha - Gulaal was his world😆.....but Gulaal on the other hand was always consumed about doing baaki sabki fikar and not dwelling on what she herself was thinking/feeling.....so that is why Kesar had to be her destiny - since he was the only one who always circled back to trying to connect her with her own thoughts/emotions.

And on Gulaal's side, the repeated phrase used to be, "Kahaan tha tu, Kesar"? She said it first in that scene when he tends to her all night but later on during the 3 month DV trial phase and after the DV breaking phase, there are many moments when Gulaal says with so much emotion, "Kahaan tha tu, Kesar?".....she even says it in the last scene when she finally confesses with a "Mat Jaa".

This is what makes you savor the story more....it never relied so much on formal confessions....their words and gestures conveyed so much more about the depth of the love and emotion between them.

There is so much I want to gif now that I never managed to gif before....lol maybe I"ll make that my new project....gif-ing the under-rated bits and themes from Gulaal😆

LOL oh ofcourse that was OTT ki Sarang was just roaming around so oblivious talking so loudly without realizing aur bhi koi hai same area mein....but it's ok....abhi situation set nahin hui for him to get to talk to Alia....lol he was still under the delusion at that point ki he already got the writer job.....so I guess they had to break that first before he gets to properly meet Alia.

Nitya is realizing what a douche that Veer is? lol I forwarded their scenes so dunno....but I think inka chalaate rahenge side pe drama....I doubt that lady will leave him so easily.

I toh was more amazed at Manju still being willing to lie and cheat AGAIN even after being caught....lol in a way it's refreshing that they aren't trying to make a pregnant woman automatically bechaari.....they are showing her as a human being susceptible to insecurities and wrong judgements in desperation.....even after getting a second chance from Alia to clear things up, Manju still instantly jumped to using another lie to get out of the issue with the MLA.....it seems like she thought this was the only way to keep her job which she badly needed for money. Even Rahul gave her a WTF look there ki what are you saying? But the woman had no realization....lol phir bhi bechari banke nikal gayi wahaan se and everyone was sorry for her cuz she was a pregnant woman being fired. Baaki story kisi ko nahin pata that she continued to show a willingness to be unethical even after being given a second chance.

Anyways, Sarang toh sabse zyada Manju Manju kar raha hai baar baar usko desk ke post-it notes dekh ke and usi ki desk pe hi baitha bhi diya hai ise......lol shaayad yehi laayega usko office mein waapis.....wonder how he'll feel when he realizes that she's the one who stole his poem without any remorse and then doubled down on it😆.
