Earlier, she saw Riddhima spying n concluded she is a spy.

This time she saw proof against Vihaan n is now concluding the same about him as well.

And technically, she is right both times. But morally not so much as Riddhima didnt have malefic intentions once she fell for Vansh. Same with Vihaan. Vihaan is Vansh afterall.

Vansh damanded riddhu's trust on him but never trusted her as a wife and when he did it was really late. Riddhu wanted vansh to be a saint just like her and made impulsive decisions.
