Neither. Both are their own people. When you’re married sometimes fights happen. Really nasty mean ones. It doesn’t make 1 a doormat and another a dictator.

A strong woman is not a dictator and a man who listens to his wife is not a doormat.

Please can we just smash the patriarchy once and for all?

She not giving any chance to speak to her husband and most of the time when he wants to put his view she just walk out 😆that's why every time he has to say listen ruby listen ruby 😆

If this was a woman running after a man would you voice the same complain?

This happens all the time when men walk off. It’s not a big deal. When in a fight you’re not going to create a pyar ka vatavaran.

In any case I’m just against the patriarchal words used to demean men and women.

If a woman is strong in a relationship it’s fine — about time we take it as the same compliment that we’d give a man.

That’s my 2 paisa and imma’ keep it if you don’t want it... we’re at an impasse then.

Is it mandatory for a wife to listen to everything her husband says, but a husband has the freedom not to listen to what the wife is saying? Abhinav was trying to force his point of view on Rubina, but did not want to listen to her POV. It takes a lot of strength to stay patient when the other person is absolutely angry at you. I really admire Rubina that she never buckles down under pressure and stands her ground. She has always stood for her husband's dignity, but people conveniently seem to forget that whenever Abhinav gets angry at her. She is under contract with the channel to provide entertainment and be active. Even Farah told her to play for the show and not for her husband. That is why she did not agree to what Abhinav said. We are supposed to be a progressive country, but there is no tolerance for a woman to disagree with her husband or put forth her point of view.

isse kehte hai different/opposite personalities. different personalities can also get into a relationship.

People here judging Rubina and Abhinav's marriage by their fights must be singles :)

Trust me you can have the worst fights and absolutely poles apart personalities but still be in love and in a marriage.

The biggest issue people have here is that she’s dominant — which in a patriarchal society such as India means she’s got a mind and will of her own.

More women should be dominant. Tbh I liked Kavita too cause she seemed like a strong woman. Where she lost my support is in all the nasty shinanigans she engaged in.

I like that this time around the female personalities are stronger. Last year the majority of female contestants were more like side kicks.
