Bondita is the queen of the mansion with people pamper her and serve her at her disposal. She has hoards of saree's and jewelry. She has a doting husband and caring relatives. I am not going to get into her eyeing Anirudh. It seems absurd to me. There have been no hints as to a potential interest in him. Yes. She is young and all she sees is what Bon has and she doesnt.

He calls them sisters. It would be really low of the character to show her taking interest in Ani. These girls just temporary... So this is just a normal jealousy thing coming up which will end up in Elaichi picking up a fight with Bon and then she will fix it to keep unity.
