I think she either wanted to use them on Abhi’s rivals in the task or wanted to pretend that she was about use them so that maybe they would get scared and leave the chair (if they sat on it instead of Abhi) lol.

2nd reason for trying to either use it on the housemates or scare them with it was to create some content for the show and get some footage for herself instead of everyone just watching 2-3 people sit on those chairs and just waiting for the buzzer to ring (that would’ve been very boring lol).
