Thanks Thiri❤️...yes I do drink lot of water....maybe less now as it’s winter now here....however something that helped was licorice tea...last week when I went to buy oat milk in health store...I saw licorice herbal tea on sale....I’m a tea paithium...like to try different teas...so bought one box...yesterday tried it...it actually helped...it had licorice, cardamom/cinnamon/clove oil, and orange peel....it was too sweet but it reduced my migraine....I don’t take pain killers unless I feel I’m going to die because of pain...so the tea helped me without any pills.
