Angre didn't send CCTV footage to Vansh but the telecom company themselves send it to him se said to angre tha the company will send him the footage...

I rewatched that episode again there are many things to notice .... Kabir said Ragini died inside gas chamber.... And during the cliff scene when Vansh pushed the stone then only Riddihma appeared there, even that duppatta scene seems fishy like some signal ....
