My view just based on reading the update, as usual bala made his own rules in task. The task was to ask questions ( complaints) , get answers , to make the cc employee get irritated and keep the phone down ..

what Bala the great did : told the complaints , told does not need answers, got self-irritated (tired) after the complaints and kept the phone down ..
